Swans Academy

To all Newcastle and Central Coast GSJ U/10 and U/12 participants,

The QBE Sydney Swans Academy is looking for boys aged 10-12, who would like to trial for the 2013 Academy program.

The Academy is an elite program, which gives boys in the Sydney Swans Zone a unique opportunity to develop as AFL players. Players are exposed to quality coaching, elevated playing environments, and the ability to mix with other talented players from the Region.

During the July school holidays, the Swans Academy are running an Assessment Day, looking to identify new players for their next intake. Please see the attached flyer, and also http://www.sydneyswans.com.au/news/newsarticle/tabid/7106/newsid/135508/default.aspx for more information.

I strongly encourage all GSJ participants to look into being involved in this wonderful program, not only to raise the profile and quality of AFL in our Region, but to see our children develop and enjoy their playing experience.

Best wishes for your AFL endeavours.

Club Secretary

Hi all,

I am looking for someone to assist with the club communications. It is an easy system to follow however you do find that you spend around 2 - 3 hours per week looking at emails, posting on the website etc. I have built really easy systems and can show you how to do this in about an hour. Is anyone up for this position? Just let me know.
